creations for your next dinner party, a
meal at home just to pamper yourself or a
delightful meal for your family and friends!
Pictured to the left is a bounty of Tapas
created for an event at the Devon Horse
Show. The finest ingredients were presented
in this beautiful wine box including
smoked salmon, tender filet of beef, mini
crab cakes with a delicious dipping sauce,
fresh ~ crispy vegetable springrolls, grilled
eggplant tapenade, delectable shrimp
cocktail, pate foie gras, olives, cheese,
crackers and a combination of
strawberries, cashews and apricots dipped
in a rich, creamy and smooth chocolate
ganache!
