Culinary Crossing was established in
1990 as a gourmet quality fresh food shop
located in the Gwynedd Valley Train
Station. Cheri Morrison is Chef/Owner of
Culinary Crossing. Having grown up in
Blue Bell, PA, Cheri graduated from
Germantown Academy, and went on to
study and graduate from the acclaimed
Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park,
NY.
Cheri’s diverse career prior to Culinary
Crossing included: front and back of the
house experience in restaurants, night
clubs, hotels, country clubs and
foodservice companies. She also sold
restaurant equipment and supplies and
has considerable experience in restaurant
and kitchen layout and design, menu

prepared foods, specializing in soups and salsa. Now a wholesale artisinal soup company serving the
entire United States, Culinary Crossing’s corporate headquarters features a sophisticated cooking
process and pouch packaging technology that quickly chills products immediately after cooking, thus
making for an excellent shelf-life. All of Culinary Crossing's products are delivered refrigerated fresh or
fresh frozen with homemade taste and take home convenience. Products are manufactured under the
proprietary label. Private label programs are also available for grocery chains, restaurants,
distributors and the foodservice industries. Culinary Crossing products are prepared in a USDA
inspected facility under a HAACP quality assurance program. Savory or sweet, steaming hot or icy cold,
